Het hele jaar door genieten van pioenrozen? Dat kan alleen als we de snijbloemen ook buiten Nederland kweken en in tegenovergestelde periodes oogsten.

We do this together with our reliable partners in the United States and Chile.

United States

In the United States (Virginia) we work together with Bloomia. Together with them we grow peonies that are sold directly to the American market. We run the peony nursery and Bloomia takes care of sales in our own country. Bloomia also has a tulip nursery, where they grow tulips for the American market all year round.

Chile

In 2018, together with other companies, we entered into a partnership with Southern Peonies from Chile. The climate of Chile, which is located in the southern hemisphere, is ideally suited to growing peonies. This way we can also harvest the cut flowers in November. The cut flowers from Chile are sold on the Dutch and American markets.

Decorum Plants & Flowers has been a renowned name in the international trade industry since 1999.

A club of specially selected, passionate flower and plant growers forms its foundation.

Decorum Plants & Flowers is a growers’ cooperative with over 50 members. Together, these growers bring more than 4,000 products to the market under the brands Decorum and Feel Green. Decorum stands for quality, sustainability, and innovation.

Decorum focuses on flower exporters, garden centers, florists, and the retail market. Decorum is a brand for everyone—from consumers to exporters, and from garden centers to florists. Decorum Company aims for all its members to be certified at least at the Global or MPS-Gap level. Borst Bloembollen also holds a Global-Gap certificate.
